The Value of Collaboration versus Competition – how do multiple partners work together, sometimes with conflicting priorities, and how do they manage this collaboration effectively to achieve success?

In the current economic landscape, working collaboratively is sometimes essential to develop and move your business on. Tapping into new knowledge and expertise from partners is key to achieve your shared goal but what happens when differing objectives converge? How are these challenges overcome and what lessons can be learnt by you as future collaborators?

Ed and Dave will provide insight from their respective experiences of working across different businesses, looking at how this has added value, impact and enrichment. You will have the opportunity to ask Ed and Dave any questions and get to fully understand their experiences.

The engaging talks will be followed by networking and a tasty fusion-style buffet. Stay and chat with our speakers, fellow businesses, academics from both universities and the MD Club team. Don’t forget to have a go on the Electric Works’ helter-skelter!
