Whether you’re new to the MD Club, attended a handful of our events, joined every one, or never heard of us at all – we need your help!
Sheffield Universities’ Managing Directors’ Club has been bringing together regional business and thought leaders, policymakers, academics, and students since 2015. Since then, over 800 guests have attended our networking socials to exchange knowledge and ideas for future partnerships.
Our basic aim has remained constant: to foster innovation, collaboration and growth in South Yorkshire. But in the previous seven years, our region – and north, with the launch of the Northern Powerhouse Partnership – has evolved and grown. The University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University are committed to ensuring the way we are engaging with businesses and academics reflects the innovation and growth of our region and continues to encourage the development of partnerships amongst its thought leaders.
With this in mind, we’d like to hear about the ways the MD Club can continue to support your business and research:
- What regional opportunities do you need to hear about, now and in the future?
- Does our peer to peer support network help you make connections?
- Does the MD Club support your access to the Universities’ specialist facilities?
- Where do we need to improve?
We’ve compiled a number of surveys to cater from the seasoned attendee to those who have never joined us before, to better understand how the Sheffield Universities’ joint networking forum can continue to support South Yorkshire’s businesses and academics in today’s world.
