Join Innovation Network South Yorkshire as we unveil full details of the trailblazing South Yorkshire Innovation Programme (SYIP): a £3 million initiative designed to foster innovation and drive economic growth across our region.

A collaboration led by Sheffield Hallam University, in partnership with the University of Sheffield and Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, SYIP will offer a wide range of support services to help regional businesses, organisations and non-profits of all sizes to evolve, innovate and thrive. This high quality, bespoke support will include academic consultancy, innovation audits, student projects and placements, access to state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, events, technical workshops and more.

With an opening address from South Yorkshire Mayor Oliver Coppard and the chance to hear from leading figures in the world of innovation from both universities, expect a detailed overview of SYIP as well as a summary of the region’s evolving innovation ecosystem. 

We’ll look forward to welcoming you to Sheffield Hallam’s award-winning Heartspace Atrium in the Owen Building on Hallam Square from 5 – 8pm on Monday 25 November. Food and drinks will be available.
